At Omnira™, we stand behind the quality of our resistance gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns Our policy lasts 30 days from the date your item is delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a full return:

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (Order #).
Defective or Damaged Items (The "Snap" Warranty) We take safety seriously. If your Omnira™ arrives damaged, o due to a manufacturing defect within 30 days of normal use, we will replace it free of charge.

Please email us at zerogymfitz@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged item.

We will ship a replacement immediately no need to return the broken item.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping To start a return, please contact us at zerogymfitz@gmail.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
