You should consult your physician or other qualified healthcare professional before using red light therapy devices, especially if you have medical conditions, are pregnant, have light sensitivity, are taking photosensitizing medications, or have any skin conditions. Do not use this device if your healthcare provider advises against it.

No Medical Advice:
Nothing stated or posted on the Omnira™ website or available through any Omnira™ services is intended to be, and must not be taken to be, the practice of medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All information provided is for general wellness and informational purposes only.

Assumption of Risk:
You understand that the use of light therapy and skincare devices carries potential risks, including but not limited to skin irritation, redness, burns, discomfort, or allergic reactions. By using Omnira™ products, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with their use.

SECTION 2 – DEVICE USAGE & SAFETY

To ensure safe and proper use of Omnira™ devices, you agree to the following:

Follow Instructions:
You agree to follow all instructions, guidelines, and safety precautions provided with the product.

Inspect Before Use:
You agree to inspect the device, power cable, and components before each use. If the device appears damaged, malfunctioning, or defective, discontinue use immediately and contact support.

Proper Usage:
Omnira™ devices must only be used as intended. Do not modify, tamper with, or misuse the device. Avoid exposing the device to water, extreme heat, or environments not recommended in the instructions.

Release of Liability for Misuse:
Omnira™ is not liable for injuries, burns, irritation, or damages resulting from misuse, improper handling, failure to follow instructions, or unauthorized modifications.

SECTION 3 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no case shall Omnira™, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including without limitation:

  • Skin irritation, burns, or injury

  • Allergic reactions or adverse skin responses

  • Lost profits, lost revenue, or lost savings

  • Replacement costs

  • Damage to personal property

Whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, arising from your use of the service or any products purchased using the service, even if advised of their possibility.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the product.

SECTION 4 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Omnira™, our parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of:

  • Your breach of these Terms of Service

  • Your misuse of Omnira™ products

  • Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party

SECTION 5 – CLASS ACTION WAIVER

You agree that any dispute resolution shall be limited to the dispute between you and Omnira™ individually.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  1. No arbitration or proceeding shall be joined with any other.

  2. There is no right or authority for disputes to be arbitrated or resolved on a class-action basis.

  3. No dispute may be brought in a representative capacity on behalf of other individuals.

SECTION 6 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
